1. Order Processing Time

After you place an order, our team verifies and processes it.
Typical processing time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1 business day

  • Outside Dhaka: 1–2 business days

Orders are not processed on weekends or government holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days

Delivery time may vary based on location, courier workload, weather, or unforeseen issues.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on location and product size/weight.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Most products support Cash on Delivery.
However, some high-value or special-category items may require advanced payment or partial payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link (if available)

You can also contact us for tracking support.

6. Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable:

  • They may try again

  • They may contact you by phone

  • The order may return to us if unreachable

Returned orders due to non-response may require re-shipping fees.

7. Incorrect Address

If the provided address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or canceled.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

8. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products follow their specific estimated delivery timeline.
We will notify you if a delay occurs due to supplier or import issues.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within Bangladesh.

10. Damaged or Missing Products

If a product arrives damaged or with missing items, please record video/photo proof and contact us immediately.
We will assist according to our Refund & Return Policy.

11. Change or Cancellation of Order

You may request an order change or cancellation before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
