Refund & Return Policy

If you face any issue with your order, please read the following policy to understand how refunds and returns work.

1. Eligibility for Return

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product does not match the description or images

  • Missing items or accessories are found inside the package

Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Return

To process a return, you must ensure:

  • The product is unused

  • The original tags, box, and packaging are intact

  • You provide unedited video proof of unboxing

  • You contact us within the allowed time period

Products returned without proper proof or beyond the return window may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Personal care items

  • Software or digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or discount items

  • Used or physically damaged items caused after delivery

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed:

  • Mobile banking refund (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)

  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

  • Store credit (optional)

Refunds usually take 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.

5. Replacement Policy

If the same product is available in stock, we can offer:

  • One-time replacement

  • Exchange with a similar product (price difference applicable)

Replacement is subject to stock availability.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before shipment.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If the product is already shipped and you refuse delivery:

  • Shipping charges may apply

  • Return handling fees may be deducted

7. Wrong or Missing Products

If any item is missing or incorrect:

  • Take photos/video immediately

  • Contact us with proof
    We will resolve the issue as per return eligibility.

8. Courier Damage

If the product is damaged during delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged

  • If accepted, send video/photo proof immediately
    We will handle the issue based on our inspection.

9. Refund Timeline

After your return is received and approved:

  • bKash/Nagad/Rocket: 1–3 working days

  • Bank transfer: 3–7 working days

  • Store credit: instant after approval
